Welcome to Pal Kanakku, a mobile application designed to help milk buyers and sellers manage their transactions and accounting. By downloading, accessing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Description of Service

Pal Kanakku is an offline-first mobile application that allows users to:

Track daily milk transactions between buyers and sellers
Record milk quantities, rates, and payments
Generate reports and analytics
Back up data to Google Drive (Premium feature)
Manage customer and supplier information

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

Users must provide accurate and complete information during setup
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account
One account per user is permitted

3.2 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 years old to use this application
Users between 13-18 may use the app with parental consent

4. Data and Privacy

4.2 Google Drive Backup

5.2 Payment and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed annually
All payments are processed through Google Play Store / App Store
No refunds are provided after purchase
Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled by user

5.3 Cancellation

Users can cancel subscriptions through their app store
Premium features remain available until the end of the billing period
Data remains accessible even after subscription expires

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Accurate Data Entry

Users are responsible for entering accurate transaction data
The app calculates totals and balances based on user input
Users should verify all calculations and reports

Users must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
Users are responsible for tax compliance and reporting
